Jeanie Milbauer is the Founder & CEO of Oneg, LLC, a social impact Jewish lifestyle brand grounded in the ritual of Shabbat. She is also the Co-Founder and Founding President of Momentum Unlimited, which since 2009 has brought more than 23,000 women to Israel on transformative journeys. A lawyer by training, Jeanie’s passion lies in mission-driven work at the intersection of Jewish life, community, and impact.

Based in Washington, D.C. and New York City, Jeanie’s philanthropic involvement spans local, national, and global initiatives. She began her Jewish activism in D.C. at the White House Office of Public Liaison for Jewish Affairs and at the American Jewish Congress. Today, she is an active member of Maccabi USA, Grinspoon Hillel at Cornell University, Tikkun Olam Makers (TOM), the Witness Institute, Kakenya’s Dream, and the Lehrhaus (a Jewish tavern and house of learning) located in Boston, helping to bring it to D.C. and the Israel Economic Forum (IEF), a global network focused on securing Israel’s economic health.
