We love our shabbat candleholders! They are made of solid wood and you can tell they are crafted with high quality. When we ordered them, one of the candleholders was slightly wobbly. We messaged the team at Oneg and they immediately offered us multiple solutions, one of which was to ship a new one directly to us. We live in Canada and even though they don't deliver there they specially shipped it to us express.
